ASICS Gel-DS Trainer 16 (Flame Red)
Not my typical evening or secondary run. Did some abs and upper body beforehand, ate taco johns, ran in half-tights, did some form drills (skipping and the like), some strides, then tried a quicker cadence for the rest of the run.
