After a few consecutive days, my calves are noticeably sore. That was surprising as I didn't think I was using them that much. Today I wanted more vert and quad-use and I selected "strength" program 1. That didn't give me what I wanted so I went with strength program 2. That actually got the incline high, but the incline never changed, just the resistance. Still experimenting, happy to try something a little harder.
