Attempt to get a double and an easy workout in. Warm-up was prolonged when I ran into some other runners and chatted with them for a mile. Got to the trails and did some random strides and a short tempo before doing 3 x ~800m in 2:42, 2:38, 2:35. Also tried on some old spikes (vent 2) since the pair I wore at All-American gave my right foot some problems (not really sure if these spikes helped at all). Overall I felt alright given my current shape and having eaten recently.
