Joined the group run. It started off quite slow until a mile when everyone reshuffled, now it was myself, John, Jared, Chris, and Darren. Some chatting, but I turned around early, a little after 2.5 miles. I was pretty muggy this morning after the overnight rain. But it is that time of year that you wonder when the humidity going to stop coming and going and instead just stick around until September.
More easy running back. I saw the faster morning group, I wonder if I should try to join them. 4 strides.
