Notes
Workout agenda is 45min continuous, marathon-pace to be safe but would be nice to get under 6min. I wasn't sure how this would go as my right achilles was stiff and I have a lot of recent miles. The wind was stronger than I hoped, so I did my warm-up into the wind on the highway, not my favorite thing to do this time of day but it wasn't terrible.
Splits:
5:55 - Wind at my back and on a long, flat stretch of highway, so maybe started faster than planned.
5:57 - But it felt good and I was able to keep going at that pace.

5:49 - Getting into slightly hilly territory, but responding well I guess
5:39 - A bit out of hand as I had more downhill, also thought this was my last full mile, and my podcast ended and I switched to techno!
5:51 - Not the funnest mile as I thought I was nearly done and I was mostly into the wind, pleasantly happy with it still.

Great workout, but all good things must end, as I was tip-toeing around the final turn of the cool-down I twisted my right ankle. I ran a few more minutes hoping that would keep if from stiffening up and I think I should be fine.
