Morning run for Drew and I as neither of us were sticking around CR much later. Like yesterday, we found 7min pace much faster than I would alone but today it felt like a struggle the first mile or 2. I took a bathroom break at 2miles and felt better after that. We chatted more and soon we were past 6miles.
Drew, unfortunately, was feeling worse every mile as I felt better on the way back. Lots of miles in the low 6:40's today.
