UNI Dome

Notes

Interval is a stretch, basically I went to the Dome and did strides at lunch, with a mile jog sandwiching the strides. Did not feel smooth, fast, nor relaxed. But I guess that's why I'm trying to do more strides, to get faster and relaxed(er).

It looks like you are starting to get some fast work in. I have been struggling with the speed lately as well. It will come though..... I hope.

Yeah, I'm trying to get my speed in. This year in workouts, it didn't work so well just doing races last year. I have faith you'll find the fast legs again.
