Notes
Looking at the forecast in Chicago, I thought it looked like a pretty mild week. But I guess Iowa gets a heat wave before moderate temps again. Upper 80's for the high. We weren't quite there but still quite a bit warmer than I've experienced lately.
Still, while I knew it was hot and felt pretty fatigued by the end, I get the feeling I might have gotten a pass on this run as it seemed that I felt better than Drew and Chase who have been in the heat for a few days already. The pace was also hot so we'll see how the next few days go. The achilles seemed more annoyed with the pace early on before getting warmed up and doing slightly better.
