Notes

Tune up workout that didn't go as planned. Workout generally was working up the ladder, starting short and fast and getting slower and longer.

2+ mile warm-up, then I thought my short sprints would be great on the grass field. But in opposition to the summer problem of the ground being too hard, this ground was too soft and wet. I did 2 100m sprints and another 200m, but it was pretty sloppy.

After putting shoes back on my muddy feet, I got on the bike path. 1/4 mile @ about 5min pace. 1/2 mile @ about 5:10 pace. 1 mile @ about 5:35 pace.

The faster pieces felt fine, but the slowest piece was a bit uncomfortable. Maybe I should have done a bit more race pace workouts, but perhaps it will all come together with a few days rest.
