My feet were tender and my back was tight after helping Chelsea move. I also had ice cream for dinner. The trails felt good though. 4 strides since I finished early.
My knee is feeling mostly great. Did it really just take some foam rolling of the quad? I'd feel dumb if this was a normal April and I had lost this much fitness because of it. But as this isn't a normal April, I'm happy to just call it a slightly-odd break between seasons. Hopefully, now I can get into some decent shape before summer hits hard.
