Notes
Started on some hilly trails and it took a bit for me to start feeling decent so I extended my warm-up. My plan was to do ~5k on a 800m stretch (this section ended up being .4 miles [according to online map] and a bit hillier than I planned, so I'd say the effortwise/timewise, it was like an 800 on flat road).
Ended up doing 7 reps (4 with a elevation drop and 3 with an increase), splits were:
2:19, 2:25 (uphill),
2:16, 2:23 (uphill),
2:13, 2:16 (uphill),
2:09
Felt good the whole time, no need to dig too deep. Recovery was whatever, some jogging some walking for probably a minute.
