Another windy day for a tempo run. Wasn't sure if I was going to do a workout since I had some lower leg pains and not too energetic. But got going and felt smooth. Wanted to get more than 20min total so went 14min, 4min break, 11min. Second set I was pretty tired the whole time but kept going strong and didn't get more tired as I finished. Best part was not foot pain by the end and felt good on the cement.
