Notes

Took another day off to nurse my feet. I think I just have too much time to sit around and think about whether I should run or not. Decided to get some faster paces involved in my training since I might be missing a few more days soon. So 4 sprints up a slippery gravel hill. Didn't feel great and not having consistant footing didn't help.
