85degrees, geez. It actually didn't feel bad as it wasn't humid like the past few days. I was undecided and not liking my route options today, so that's how I ended up with a super hilly recovery day. I'm also unsure of my training right now. I have races more than a month out, so should I get back into a faux base phase for 2 weeks or should I try to stay race sharp for that long?
