I woke up still not feeling great, still chose to do a workout as I was only planning a moderate workout or 2 this week anyway. My plan was to start at steady state and maybe make it a fartlek but instead I just did 7 steady state miles. It was half on gravel and got a good number of hills in. Averaged about 6:10 pace.
Aerobically I was fine but could also tell my legs were heavy pretty early on. Oh the joys of down weeks.
