Another warm Monday after a cool Sunday, so we headed west along our usual shaded trail. The pace started off quick and I questioned it at first but decided to just go with it. Almost had a side ache at a few points and right ankle was bothering me (ever since the race) but otherwise felt good. Slowly picked up the pace like we have been doing and kept going strong until the add-on gravel b-road. Finished with 4 strides that felt powerful.
