Morning run with Helix and Drew. My right heel didn't have enough time to wake up I guess as it hurt for the first couple miles. Both Helix and Drew opted to turn around for 7 miles due to not feeling great. So I figured they weren't interested in joining me for a brief workout: 2 x 10min @ ~marathon and ~half.
First 10 min at 6:10 pace feeling pretty good, though I did have my race shoes on. 2min then next 10 min at 6:00 pace. Not as comfortable, still fine. Donuts after.
