1min in I ran into some guys I raced against last week. Joined them and chatted for a bit. Turns out they were doing a workout so I agreed and did an 11min tempo @ 6:10 pace. The second part of their workout was on the track and I didn't feel like joining that so I headed home. Probably should have kept going with them, especially since I got back pretty quickly for only 6 miles.
