Lazy and didn't get in a run yesterday. So my legs were fresh for today's run, but I had several other aches and pains from the weekend.

Plan was to do steep hill repeats to get ready for trail races, but the hill I planned on doing was completely overgrown with no worthwhile path. I debated switching to a paved hill or to another day, ended up decided to try one more option (which led to a long-ish 5 mile warmup. This hill was at least manageable, though only steep for 10sec or so.

Overall the hill took about 30sec and I ended up doing 8 (30,30,29,29,29,29,28,28). As per norm, the first couple felt a long ways from 8, but then I started to feel better. If I hadn't decided on 8 early on, I perhaps should have done more. I did slip on the last rep (the dirt ledge gave way), so I was happy with not losing time on the final one.

Maybe finding a longer hill would have been more worthwhile, we'll never know.
