Naomi surprised me with a request to go for a bike ride. It was a nice day out and we had driven by this trailhead on Sunday (we had yet to go North from CR yet). I wasn't too tired from the workout, though it would hit me by the end of the ride. Right away I had some groin pain that hopefully won't return. 10 miles out felt like a long time but as usual, the return trip went by quickly.
