Made sure to get out earlier to avoid the coming darkness, and with it, the chilly weather. I'm not even considering going shirtless anymore. A "long" run is on the docket today, which means I must have some motivation. I think it's because I am done with college xc races for the fall, and now all I'm focused on is getting ready for Living History Farms.
Anyway, the run started off skittishly. At first I was worried about sideaches, then I started feeling great, but soon my legs were tired and weary from the race. Gradually I started feeling better and finished strong like many other long runs.
