Notes
For what this was, it was a very nice distance run. Only problem is I wanted a tempo today. And the problem with that was there was so much ice on the sidewalks. In Huxley, I know clean roads that I can run on where traffic isn't much, but I haven't found any paved roads in Ames yet that I'd be comfortable running on. Not sure if I'll try running on riskier roads or just try the gravel roads.
