Another old Pasche workout: 4min,3min,2min @ tempo, 10k, 8k with 1/2 recovery. Then 3x1min @ 4k, 3k, 2k. The 1st set was on pavement with some hills, but mostly just felt good. The faster pieces were on a grass field, though it had rained all day so my faster pace involved much faster turnover without much bounce.
Good workout, maybe more than I needed. Also, my watch died over the weekend, so I wore a "fancy" analog watch, that was different.
