I suppose I'd call this run uncomfortable, not strenuous though. Started feeling similar to past days: strong but achy muscles. I wore a seldom-worn pair of asics compression half-tights (*FYI, washer's broken, so I'm running low on clean running clothes). So the half-tights are quite tight which gave me some stomach and chaffing problems, pairing with the nipple chaffing from last night's run. Still, I think the running part went better than expected.
