Estimated run at IIAC Championships in Dubuque, same course as my Sophomore year. Started off fast watching the women, then did 4 miles between races (with lots of Luther and Wartburg [and Lane] folks but mostly with Drew, Cholo, and Hazard). Then some stride like running watching the men. Good day for Luther, or at least as good as expected, it would have been a fun day to race.
