Notes

With more winter heading my way, I decided to get another workout in now, though I was planning on waiting another day or two. Colder and windier than I thought it would be already, but got 10min of decent tempo in and out of the wind. Went inside to the track and did 8 x 300m at 3k/mile (300's were estimated since their were some lane 1 blockers). 52, 52, 51, 50, 50, 49, 48, 48. Workout was pretty simple and not overexerting in general, though I also didn't get too much of a confidence boost. Glad to think this should be my last time on a 200m track in a long time.
