It had been raining and there were no cars in the Pfeiffer parking lot (unusual). I decided I was going to do a workout and run in my flats the whole time since I wanted some faster paces and didn't want to carry my flats anywhere. Workout was made up as I went, but it went: 7min tempo, 1 short uphill sprint, 9min tempo, 1 short uphill sprint, 12 min tempo, 1 short uphill sprint. The tempos felt good (unknown paces) and the hills feld decent (tired hamstrings had reached their limit), so I'm pretty happy considering the mileage.
