Notes
This week's going to be pretty weird for me. I'm in Chicago for work, hotel downtown. Thankfully last week went well and I finished Sunday with a race and barely getting over 60 miles (Sorry to 1-up ya Balto), so I'm not too concerned about mileage or workouts while I'm here.
Woke up 100min before alarm at 5:30am (I blame the big city noises, dumb daylight savings time, and my own dumb body). So i decided to get my run out of the way. Quite unusual for me to run so early and only on cement. But I ran down the Navy Pier and for a bit it was nice just to sight-see while running. Still, motivation ended quickly and I headed back.
