Notes
Morning run as Drew is leaving town. I wasn't enthusiastic about it as I knew my legs wouldn't be. They were certainly not awake for this run, maybe hardly alive. However, the rest of my body felt spectacular compared to the past couple days. It still meant for a slower run, one more typical of me being alone as we didn't get under 7:15 until the 6th mile.
I was only thinking 6 miles today but we got to 3 miles out and I felt fine continuing. Then we found a random gravel path that led to a green corridor/park with a figure 8 loop. Nice little place that took us to 4 miles out.
No strides again. This time as I needed to get back for a meeting and the extra miles cut it close.
