Notes

Stomach didn't want to run but thought I'd try my new shoes out. Afternoon warm run with new lighter shoes = faster & easier. Easily my fastest secondary run on my 4 mile route without even thinking about it. I know I'm racing fit, not just generally fit anymore because slower paces aren't very fun. Don't know if I'll be able to race before going back to base phase though.
