The random 1pm run that happens once or twice a year as we traveled to Ankeny right away in the morning and I had a noon meeting (and thought I should be available before the meeting). Colder and windier today, but I was listening to a new podcast that got me finding some joy in the run. 5 hill sprints.
The best news, it looks like a permanent bathroom is being built on the bike path about a mile from my parents! I think the other one 2 miles down the bike path is open year-round, but I haven't used it enough for conclusive evidence.
