Joined the Thursty Thursday group again, but the workout wasn't in a designated spot so I ended up running mostly with just Bowser since we wanted to do trails. The workout was fun, somewhat Pasche-esque. They called it 'The Revolver' with 1x5min w/ 3min rest, 3x3min w/ 2min rest, & 5x1min w/ 1min rest. Once again there were no designated pace, just hard. I felt pretty darn good, at least relative to lately, though workouts on trails are almost always good. The only issue was there were still some ice patches, which were made more difficult on curves and only using headlamps.
My foot and groin actually felt quite good, though I could tell they would be worse off tomorrow.
