I was disappointed to see that today wasn't the final day of summer, because it was giving its all. High of 95 today (and with typical September, tomorrow will be in the 70's and Friday's high in the 50's).
I decided to lean into it (well not entirely, I did run at lunch instead of after work) and run on some exposed gravel. It wasn't too bad though, the few clouds seemed to keep being in just the right place to keep me in the shade.
