Long workout, long warmup, and 2nd run of day meant I barely ran after the tempo. But that's alright, don't really care about the cooldown. 40min tempo. First half on gravel, then on sidewalks. Was going possibly too fast the whole time and even moreso when I hit the sidewalks an there were more people and less wind. But I kept telling myself that I was going for 40 minutes so the pace was at least slower than 10k and I wasn't dead tired at the end.
