Finally got a run in with Emma and Rebel (and Max). We ran the SHT through Pincushion, which is new since I've last been here. The trails felt great for a few miles and we were mostly protected from the wind. Once we hit a decent incline, my heart rate jumped and I felt crappy after that. Still a fun run.
