Kyle and I were running at the normal time before the wind unexpectedly jumped to 30mph. We quickly made arrangements to drive north to Ames and run back. We didn't do the same 8miles as I did on Saturday, instead choosing a better parking spot. That would end up getting us a bit longer than hoped.
The wind was annoying at times but it was at our back for 90% of the run so who can complain. We ran easy but still 30sec per mile faster than usual. I did explore a few miles of a new picturesque road. Then we finished with 6 strides while still closing out the last mile or so.
