Couldn't help myself with temps dropping below 80. Decided to do a workout, so made one up on the spot. Did about 1mile tempo into 1min uphill at lets say 3k. Did 3 of those. Felt good of course, since I wasn't going to try anything hard. Legs and feet might be tired tomorrow (or more likely, still not yet recovered). Humidity was still there, with the sweating, but much less of a burden.
