Notes

We started off fast as Scott had already ran 1/2 hour. We took a less-frequented route (one that isn't maintained and is best to have pants on), which was fun and intense since I had forgotten a headlamp this morning. I was feeling good after my day off, but I could tell I was getting tired, more than I should have been tiring at least. Finished the run with 3+ miles on the bike path which was less fun and got me thinking about my foot more.
