Back in the midwest and taking it easy after a day off (no time for a run yesterday but probably would have taken it off anyway). Thankfully I arrived to overcast and cool temps instead of a hot day. I stopped north of Ames and did a super easy barefoot run in a prairie. It was quite relaxing.
