Iowa has had a nice imitation of summer lately so today was my heat training day. Not a true summer feeling yet as the humidity hasn't arrived and the wind kept the sweat off me. Nevertheless, first shirtless run this year.
I felt pretty tired either going into the wind or being dehydrated. 6 strides felt fine though.
