Moving out of Fairfax so 1 more run with Drew from Lion's Bridge. My legs were loving the faster pace but I wasn't sure if I had the strength to keep it up. So I turned us around at 7 and kept our pace in check a few times. It was also getting warmer (going to be a very hot day) and we both started feeling it the last mile or 2. Could nearly call this a workout.
