Doing a Distance run! Even almost got the hour. Another nice overcast day, I wore a long sleeve. Feeling good except for a few lingering pains. My left hamstring still isn't 100%. And the new pain is sort of above my achilles, though I don't feel it while I'm running which I call good. But 2 days in a row, time for a day off.
