Slow run that didn't feel easy. Started out with Nessa. I was going to go longer than yesterday with her but she pooped a few min in and we just turned back after that, so similar distance to yesterday. After that, I felt pretty tired until the final mile (which is downhill). I debated if doing strides was a good idea. Ended up doing 4 and I don't regret it. Now to see if tomorrow will be a muddy run after assuming otherwise for a while.
