Warmer day out, though if I'd ran at lunch I probably could have worn shorts and sweated a bit. Running's been a lot of same lately so I wanted to get something else in. So this 'fartlek' was basically doing strides and hills in the middle of the run. Still, it felt great to change it up.
I'm thinking about writing down a detailed, daily training plan to get me motivated again. I haven't really done this since graduating (or at least never followed-through on one), so we'll see how it goes.
