One more warm day so we're doing a workout. Maybe an easier one as it is a race week. 10min tempo, 6 x 1 min 3k/mile, 10min tempo.
Nearly 3 mile warm up that didn't feel great. But once we started the tempo I started feeling better. It wasn't a fast tempo as it was uphill generally. I wanted the faster reps to be more like 3k. I think it was a tad fast but I stayed relaxed well. Certainly getting tired by the end but not enough stop the workout there. The final tempo ended up only being 9 minutes as we stopped at the bottom of a hill.
