A solid trail run with Kyle, maybe a little faster than I should have. But holy moly, this was a reminder what midwest summers are about. I never felt hot during the run and was always in the shade: and yet I finished the run with completely saturated shorts.
Finished with 6 strides. And afterward was the worst my achilles has felt in a while, lame.
