Can't run tomorrow and didn't want a workout on Wednesday, so I guess that means today (I need to stop forcing workouts and go back to doing workouts when I feel good, but that gets difficult when racing). I had success with my on/off workouts this winter, so I'm going back to that, this time 40/40.
With the warmer weather, I think I'm getting a bit carried away and going too fast early on. Or maybe I'm just tired as I only did 12 reps. I was starting to feel good around 8 when I got out of the wind, then I succumbed to adrenaline and went crazy on #11, basically all-out for 40sec. That pretty much left me toast.
