In Ocean City, on the beach, but the weather was pretty much 60 and cloudy and some rain the whole weekend (great for most running, not what I want at the beach).
I don't think I've mentioned that my hamstrings have been very sore since Ultimate, particularly the left one. Yesterday was bad but getting better today.
This run was entirely on the beach - barefoot and slow. I did about half in the soft sand and half right next to the ocean to go a little faster.
