Notes

Morning run before the plane rides, might as well remind myself how to do these. I haven't done any doubles in awhile and I regret that. Even when I'm not trying to get mileage, I think they are good for staying in running shape.

My legs feel good, though I took this run fairly easy. My back and core are worrisome, but hopefully that will change in a few days.
