Notes

Moving the WO day up a day. 7 x 2min. 2+ mile warmup (decided to add on to get a bathroom, good decision). I eased into the 1st rep, 6:10 pace, so I picked it up for the 2nd, 6:00. I unexpectedly went 5:45 pace for the 3rd then even faster for the 4th while thinking I was slowing. I forced the 5th rep slow to 6:05 and pack to 6:00 for the 6th. Last rep at 5:50 pace feeling a little bile in my throat, hopefully just the wrong thing to eat this morning as I didn't think that I was pushing too hard.
